TOPIC: DON'T BE WISE IN YOUR OWN EYES TEXT: JOB 32:1-14
Job's three friends refused to further reply to him because he maintained his innocence. But Elihu, who agreed that he was the youngest, was angry with both of them and Job because he refused to admit that he had sinned and that God was right in punishing him.
All that mattered to him was how Job must be made to realize that his predicament was the result of his sin and, therefore, deserved to be punished.
Nobody knows the heart of men or God. For that reason, no one is qualified to condemn others.
What parameters do you use to judge others and why do you think that you are wiser than others?
O Lord, I'm not qualified to judge others, please help me to be a source of encouragement to those who come my way, in Jesus name, Amen.
